True to form, we've taken a creative approach to solving your problems, by developing a training course all about creative problem solving! In fact, by teaming up with published poet, Mrs Doubtfire impersonator* and events guru, Matt Lamb, we've designed two programmes that will rock your boat. And they could be exactly what you're looking for.
For organisations, we've created 'Problem solving ninja!', a programme consisting of interactive sessions, homework tasks and opportunities to put your learning into practice. We critically examine established theory, latest thinking and best practice and bring that learning to life through unique case studies drawn from Matt's one-of-a-kind 'Around the World in 80 Events' adventure and from Jo's experience over six years as a strategy and communications consultant. Our approach moves beyond a simple webinar to incorporate loads of interactive elements – so that participants can work together, share what they've learned and test ideas, throughout each session and in between.
For students, we've created 'Escape your comfort zone', a personal development programme aimed at helping students to establish their goals and set them on their own journey through life. With 10 weekly sessions, the programme helps participants to think about the future, articulate ambitions and assess risks, all the while equipping them with tools to solve problems and face-up to challenges that they might encounter along the way. The programme combines practical approaches to problem solving and managing risks with real-life examples and unique case studies, delivered through online sessions, group projects and one-to-one chats.
